We ship our online orders via The Courier Guy. Please take note that the correct physical address and contact details are listed on your Order Form

Prices do not include postage and we will calculate that once you have placed your order.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns, only under the following conditions:

Our products must be unused. That means that the soap boxes and sleeves has to be unopened and still around the soap bars.

For damaged products that arrived unusable, please report to the seller within 24 hours, with photos.

Returning of products will be for the buyers' account.

Refunds will only occur once the seller has received the damaged goods,

or the products in original packaging, unopened.

Our return policy is only applicable to wholesale purchases.

When buying directly from us, we make use of Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) transactions.

50% deposit is payable to confirm your order.

Full invoice is payable before shipping date

Orders will only be shipped once funds have been received by the seller.

We do provide a wholesale option for people interested in becoming a stockist or buy in bulk.
